Darnell McgeeAccording to reports, the actress Zoe Kravitz has been offered the role of Catwoman in Matt Reeves’ upcoming film The Batman.
Kravitz’s most recent credits include “Mad Max: Fury Road,” “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” “Rough Night,” “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald,” “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” and “Big Little Lies.” She also voiced the role of Catwoman in “The Lego Batman Movie.”
The O.G. Catwoman, Eartha Kitt, and the latest, Halle Berry, both took on the role and fittingly so as the original feline vixen was portrayed by a Black woman.
We can’t wait to see how Ms. Kravitz will put her touch on the iconic role. Dare I say it might be puuuuuurfect ?
